Group Visits

We love hosting group outings and field trips at the Hudgens Center! To ensure a great experience, we ask that you apply here to schedule your group tour at a time that works for both you and our small staff.

Please note that all group tours and field trips are self-guided through the exhibition galleries only, and do not include access to classroom or studio space. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate group walk-ins or schedule groups between exhibits.

Once your field trip has been approved for your requested date and time, you will receive an email confirmation.
